== Clinical symptoms == Most cases of SRIF are discovered incidentally by pathologists examining lung tissue from lungs that have been removed surgically from patients with lung cancer. These patients generally have no symptoms attributable to fibrosis, although they may have symptoms attributable to emphysema (COPD), which is a common abnormality in smokers with lung cancer. A few cases of SRIF in which patients were seen by doctors because of cough and shortness of breath have also been reported. These patients were all heavy smokers and considered to have a form of interstitial lung disease. Most were in their 40s and had abnormalities in pulmonary function tests, most commonly reduced diffusion capacity for carbon monoxide (DLCO). Their symptoms generally remained stable (did not worsen) over up to 10 years of follow-up.

Her position in the ministry was not filled, with her portfolio going to John Mickel.

In addition, Béjar announced his intention, as foreign minister, to reconstitute the UNASUR and strengthen the CELAC, although this was not officially carried out.In September 2021, the Peruvian government signed the "Development Objectives Grant Agreement" with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to receive 321 million dollars through 2026. Dimethylformamide, DMF is an organic compound with the chemical formula HCON(CH3)2. Its structure is HC(=O)−N(−CH3)2. Commonly abbreviated as DMF (although this initialism is sometimes used for dimethylfuran, or dimethyl fumarate), this colourless liquid is miscible with water and the majority of organic liquids. DMF is a common solvent for chemical reactions. Dimethylformamide is odorless, but technical-grade or degraded samples often have a fishy smell due to impurity of dimethylamine. Dimethylamine degradation impurities can be removed by sparging samples with an inert gas such as argon or by sonicating the samples under reduced pressure. As its name indicates, it is structurally related to formamide, having two methyl groups in the place of the two hydrogens. DMF is a polar (hydrophilic) aprotic solvent with a high boiling point. It facilitates reactions that follow polar mechanisms, such as SN2 reactions.
